4. Program Participation Requirements

A. Ambassador Program ($200)

Participants receive:
- 3 hair bundles (16", 18", 20")
- 60/40 revenue split (Ambassador earns 60%)
- Weekly payments
- Reinvestment options & monthly specials
Expectations:
- Promote Bombshell ethically and truthfully.
- Stay compliant with all local laws and FTC influencer guidelines.
- Submit weekly content and sales activity reports.
- Follow Bombshell branding, pricing, and conduct policies.
- Complete onboarding & terms acceptance.

B. Business Owner Program ($500)

Participants receive:
- Inventory bundles
- Personal business website
- Weekly 2-hour business class (Sundays)
- Ongoing mentorship
Expectations:
- Manage their website professionally and ethically.
- Promote products without inflated or misleading claims.
- Attend mandatory business trainings.
- Maintain accurate customer communication.

C. Youth & Young Adult Program
Designed to support young entrepreneurs with business education and branding experience.

5. Payments & Pricing Policies

All payments are processed securely through Bombshell’s verified online payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Program payments ($200 / $500) are non-refundable once processed.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Chargebacks without valid cause violate these policies and may result in account termination.

6. Shipping Policy

A flat-rate shipping fee of $40 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Bombshell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Once the package is marked delivered, Bombshell is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

7. Intellectual Property

All Bombshell logos, branding, product descriptions, program materials, designs, and content are the property of Bombshell Glamm Bundles.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent.
Unauthorized use of branding may lead to removal from programs and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
Bombshell Glamm Bundles is not responsible for:

llergic reactions
Improper installation, coloring, or misuse of products
Damage caused by third-party stylists
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Earnings or income claims made by participants outside official Bombshell guidelines

Participants agree to use products responsibly and follow all care instructions.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hair Products

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges once hair has been opened, installed, brushed, dyed, or tampered with.
If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, they must contact the company within 7 days with photo/video evidence.
Upon approval, Bombshell may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Alternative resolution (case-by-case)
Programs (Ambassador & Business Owner)
- All program fees ($200 and $500) are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- No cancellations are permitted after onboarding access is granted.
Shipping Issues
- Bombshell is not responsible for:
  - Carrier delays
  - Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  - Weather or natural events
- If a package is lost in transit, Bombshell will assist in filing a carrier claim.
  - Replacement is at the company’s discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit only, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
- Credits or refunds (when applicable) process within 7–10 business days.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Order fulfillment
- Program onboarding
- Customer support
- CRM and communication management

Bombshell does not sell or share personal data.
All data is stored securely through encrypted systems and third-party processors.
